To be fair, BigReg is over-complicating the scenario. If you watch the fight and consider the scoring, there is something odd going on. And it might be simply that Mayweather, the rising star under an influential promoter, received preferential judging to keep his perfect record.

Give him the benefit of the doubt. He's the money maker. A loss on the record is a loss in ticket sales and marketability. That sort of thing.

And knowing Mayweather -- who has more pride than anyone -- I could see him immediately wanting a rematch after that controversial win to prove he could win decisively. Which, to be fair, he went ahead a did.
