    Yeah, there doesnt arnt many natural heavyweights that arnt weight impaired around today, but you gotta remember that Haye's a blown up cruiserweight......

    who turned out to be a very big cruiserweight. haye was bigger than holyfield, put it that way.

    Cruiser was 190 back then don't forget, so of course Haye is bigger but not by a massive amount.

    It's also not just that the heavies are out of shape, they just aren't very good at boxing. There is no way that a fighter as basic as Wlad should be able to dominate people so easily; do they not teach people how to slip the jab anymore?

    Well most of the top trainers are not training heavyweights. Freddie Roach, Eddie Mustafah Muhammad, Floyd Mayweather Sr, etc are not training heavyweights. Well there is Emmanuel Steward, but he's not for everyone.

    And it's not just defense, it's also poor foot movement too.

    People on this forum call cristobel arreola the top american heavyweight if that is any indication.

    Agreed, their movement is terrible. And technically they are all limited, Wlad is arguably the number 1 in the division and he knows 3 punches, and only really ever throws 1 of them with any regularity.
