well david actually does plan to retire by the age of 31, i've known that for a few years. i think he's the type though to carry on if the big payday comes, but wheres that going to come from. at the end of the day the klits are the best fighters out there, other than them theres no big fights. maybe when haye's 40 years old, and some young gun comes along, maybe then he'll come out of retirement for a big payday and hten get knocked out and enjoy his money. that's what normally happens isn't it?

He said Klit #1 then Klit#2 (i think both fights will happen regardless of wether he wins or loses the first) then if he wins both a defence of the unified belts as a payday i guess then out possibly Solis? Hopefully Valuev will take step aside money so this can happen

Haye had the perfect leverage to rip the **** out of Audley on that show but instead he says, "I like Audley, I think he's a good fighter". He's not classless in the least, he's just an incredibly good promoter and business savvy, even more so than Mayweather Jr in my judgment.

It's his trainer and business partner Adam Booth who is the brains behind David Haye!

Haye will retire within next 2 years - it is a shame because he could improve to be a good HW Champ but he wants to earn loadsamoney ASAP and get out the sport - he dont care about legacy just money

To be fair to him he has taken tough fights all of his career and I have nothing but respect for him - though I was pissed off when he pulled out of fight with Wlad - showed no respect for HW title or his fans who had purchased tickets for fight/flight and hotel but it has worked out OK for him and he seems to be forgiven

no, not floyd jnr he's not. floyd is regarded as a boring fighter by the casuals, while haye is regarded as exciting. floyd is hated, david haye is loved at the moment by a lot of fans, and still floyd jnr is the highest paid current boxer, which is astonishing.

So what ? He´s in a much better position now to get the big money, what the business is all about. So off course Haye is a smart dude.
