After Hopkins schooled Pavlik the world was his oyster once again. But what has he done since? He made the wrong choices. He only has himself to blame.

Hopkins has the ability to rally against adversity and prove everyone wrong. Wonder if he has one more in him? I agree, he should fight Dawson. If he wins he may parlay that into something with Haye, especially if Haye loses to Wlad by then, and if he loses to Dawson its a passing of the torch.
Why would it bring legitimacy for a promoter? No one ever thought it necessary to try and snare Mike Tyson or Evander Holyfield when they were 10x the box office draw BHop ever was. If BHop has no real interest in being a promoter(i.e doing the hard work) and/or helping out young boxers, what does he expect? A big fat cheque to be sent to him just because he appears in the background of a GBP press conference every now and then?
Hopkins is one of the major instagators of alot of the interest in PBF vs Mosley. He's the one who told Mosley to step into the ring, and when Mosley was being all polite he's the one who created a shitstorm in there. He also has the respect of alot of fighters despite his style because he is a legend.
