The whole 140-division is pretty overhyped.

I would agree with that. I think it's partly because it is one of the few divisions where you have two young black American fighters holding world titles and being the clear 1 and 2 in the division.

Actually Pacquiao's the man at 140, he's still The Ring's Champ at that weight.

Devon Alexander, is the real deal!! At 23 with good/great handspeed and power and can mix it up or fight from the outside, he's 2 legit. Alexander was the first man too KO Witter and Juan Urango, and that speaks volumes to this YoungSTAR!!

I think he could give Bradley hell but still lose. Bradley is the man.

  7. Not currently campaigning at that weight ergo he is out of the discussion. Have a nice day.

I think Bradley and Alexander are prety damn good fighters. Not quite great though. They still have yet to prove that they're truly elite fighters... anyone who says they are elite already is defnitely jumping the gun.

i agree bro, imo alexander could be a top elite fighter but he still has alot to prove...tb is a good champ with pot to be an elite fighter but again he still has to prove it......bradley maidana is a very good fight im picking tb in a close ud haye gets slated on esb but look what he has achieved in 25 fights....alexander has had only a few fights less won a belt ,now he is the second coming double standards imo

I don't think the divisiosn itself is overhyped. Plenty of good fighters there with exciting styles, big punchers, and balls because they're actually willing to face each other... but no one claims that the division is as talent filled as let's say 147.

Wait a minute...is this the same dude that created a "Warpath Express" thread for Omar Henry after only 9 fights?:-(

  12. And since when are there an influx of Omar Henry threads on any messageboard? My liking of Henry has to do with the way he's knocking mother****ers out with reckless abandon, nothing more really. I'm not going around saying he's the greatest thing @ 154 or anything like that. Your projection and comparison couldn't be further off. Go back to sucking Lebron James' dick.

Ahh, so by your sense of productive reasoning (or lack thereof) if posters mentions a fighter in a forum often, then by your logic, it's OFFICIAL "HYPE".
Yet HBO can Plaster Promos of Victor Ortiz and Chris "Dunkin Donut" Arreola everywhere but what you consider being "over-hyped", is what is said in a forum posted by any "Idiot" with a computer.

Wow...the education system in America needs WORK!!!!
