That kind of testing is impossible. This time is possible because of the millions involved. But this procedure is too expensive to be a standard procedure in the sport. Unfortunately.

    BULL****

If it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander.

You dont want lower class fighters to be protected too????

This kind of testing looks oveer the top to me. Hard for a fighter to rehydrate and give blood all that when trying to make weight.

It's a nice idea, but who's going to fund all that testing? Just like instant replay in boxing... not all fights are recorded with fancy ass network TV cameras from multiple different angles. So how is it fair to institute replay when most fighters won't get the benefit?

Let the boxer's promotional company fund the testing if he wants his opponent to go through it.

we already knew that apart from the size difference PBF vs PAc was gonna be a fair fight.

Everyone knew it until Mayweather brought up the whole blood testing issue and started planting seeds of doubt.

Hypothetically, that's not correct if you're basing it off the USADA random testing method. HGH, which is not detectable in urinalysis, is only detected in blood tests. Also, HGH is said to be taken in the off training season. So unless, they have been random blood and urine testing the past few months and not just weeks leading up to the fight, no, this USADA method is not foolproof.

Which basically means in the end it will be taken from the boxers purse - unfortunately.

EXACTLY! The fact that there's already a sanctioning body conducting the tests and what Floyd implemented was just absurd.

Imagine Floyd being told that the extra testing will cost him money. LMAO

Only for big fights? I thought Floyd was about "cleaning up the sport." By that, that means EVERYTHING in boxing.
