what a load of crap he was. yes i know his family died in haiti, but i've never been a fan of berto, and yes i'll be honest, i think he's another over rated american fighter. he'll lose to the likes of mosley, pac and floyd, those guys will beat him quite handily. berto's best chance of succeeding at welter is just to wait till they all retire because he's just not good enough. what about all that complaining? **** me, he was complaining even when punches weren't hitting him on the back of the head. what's that all about?

anyway overall, he's just not good enough. luckily he won me some money, and he'll continue to do that till he fights the best.

that might of came out a bit out of taste, but i didn't mean it like that. what i mean is he's not that good to me, and i realise his problems.

You're absolutely correct. The ref missed a legit KD in the first, and Berto was hugging Quintana all night with his left arm and the ref was yelling at QUINTANA for it. I thought Berto was right there for the taking, and he was ready to go down from any solid punch. He's gonna be in serious trouble against any WW with some speed. They won't even need much power, Berto's chin is ****.

Mosely would have absolutely annihilated him.

Berto is a decent/good fighter, but I agree he probably won't end up being anything special. I think even a shot Cotto, right now, could probably knock him out.

williams defense is proper ****. he's tall, got a great reach and throws nice combo's, but that guy can't block a punch without his face doing it to save his life. won't be too long before he loses again for that very reason. you can't have a defense like that and expect to beat everyone as proven against quintana.

that would be a good fight, it wouldn't be easy though as cotto can't have easy fights anymore, he always finds a way to make them seem tougher than they should be. he'll probably have another tough good fight against that jewish guy. ****, i forgot his name.

Yea, Cotto is moving up in weight to fight Yuri Foreman. So, more then likely we won't get a Cotto-Berto fight.

Berto did not impress at all, again. He's looking like another hype-job to be honest, having seen him a number of times now i don't see anything special about him at all and yet he really has been talked up in some places. His handspeed is very good, but he is wild at times, has a terrible defence, doesn't pick his punches well, his chin looks suspect, and his stamina doesn't look up to much. If he'd been in there rematching Collazo last night there's a very real chance that he would have lost. The top guys would all absolutely destroy him, he'd be lucky to last 4 rounds with Pacquiao, maybe 6 at most with Mosley. It's a shame as he seems like a really decent guy, but he just doesn't have the ability to live up to the hype.

he's got very good handspeed, but at the same time it's a flaw because he doesn't work his way inside,s o he's a bit reckless and against the best he'll get outboxed. he's just not smart enough in the ring. they was talking about pacquiao, pacquiao will kick that ass.
