I support a fair ground for all prize fighters, and drawing blood randomly only ensures that fact.

If it was only about testing why wouldn't they agree to the unlimited urine Pac was more than willing to give.... Every major organization admits that with thorough testing anything detected in blood can be found in urine... This was a great middlepoint between the two sides, not to mention Pac agreed to a few blood tests...

From where do you gather that? Shane needs a paycheck? Shane is already worth many millions of dollars, and he's involved with GBP.

He can fight any of the top welterweights and get millions of dollars, but only fight pacquiao and floyd for the $10m+, so you go figure why he's not only wanting the money, but the best fighters available in the division.

He didn't get busted, he admitted to unknowingly taking enhancement drugs. And this only solidifies that fact by him taking these tests, proving he's not on them drugs. If anything, he's making it clear he's not using now.
