The governing body asked theses guys to take the blood test not the opponent athlete. Pac will subject to blood test if Nevada athletic commission asks him to.

I went through the whole thread and a lot of posters seem to think and stated that Pacquiao refused to be tested which is false.

    Here are the facts.
    1. Floyd wanted OSDT added to the contract that has been verbally agreed to by both sides.

    2. Pac refused, countered with 3 blood test (one in early jan., one no later than 30 days, then right after the fight) and urine test at anytime all the way to fight time.

    3. Floyd's team proposed moving the 30 cutoff to 14 and fight would be on.

    4. Team Pac refused the 14 day cutoff and lowered cutoff day to 24.

    5. Floyd said "NO" and stop negotiating. He did not re-offer the 14, and no other counteroffer came from his side, Arum set a deadline, deadline passed, Pac's team declared the fight dead and moved on.

    6. One day after the fight was declared dead, Floyd got brave and offered the 14 day cutoff again.

... and what Pac proposed makes OSDT unnescessary. The test he agreed to would show if he does use EPO, anabolic steroid and autologous blood transfusion to cheat. HGH can't/wont be completely ruled out since USADA has never caught anybody with it or if their testing procedure is even accurate.

This is great information for a forum comprised of almost exclusively men.

My prediction: 1st round Floyd comes out and faints in 30 seconds from TOO MUCH blood/Sugar!

All you saw was a bunch of tubes that you thought had blood in them, and you couldn't be further away from the truth. Very little blood is taken. No, PAc was wrong as hell because he doesn't want to get caught with PED's in is system lol...kidding. Anyway, Luke and Bandeedo's fat asses(Imus Jr. and Limbaugh Jr.) are leading the parade against testing like the ***gots they were born to be lol...

The tubes the took from Mayweather weren't even close to being half full.

You see the blood that hit the side of the tube and it makes it look like a lot more that what actually took.

    Completely wrong.

Dan Rafael already confirmed that drug testing was in the contract from day one.

If Mayweather wanted this added, why did Arum, Pac or anyone else complain that Floyd is trying to kill the fight by ADDING these drug test?

    Because they weren't added.

Watch out, Rush Limbaugh Jr. will go to your first post, and try to capitalize on that, jump to his fat ass alt, and then come back like nothing happened lol... In other words, he goes under Bandeedo to post his fake ass bigotry, then eats a plate of 5 raw 1000 lb pigs, goes to his alt, andthen comes back to Bandeedo...only this time he didn't forget the gravy lol...

I've shown you the articles at that time when OSDT was first mentioned and I've given you the links so many times that I really don't care if you believe it or not.

    To me it's pretty simple.

The people that believe Mayweather is afraid to fight Pacquiao.

First i would like to say that i am the % of fight fan that doesn't believe that a pro fighter can be afraid of another fighter. These are pro prize fighters, not some dudes getting into a fight in a bar.

Second, how can someone say that Mayweather is afraid to fight Pacquiao, when Floyd accepted a fight with Mosley?

If he is not afraid of Pacquiao (the one whom Hatton, DLH, Cotto and Clottey fought), why can't he fight Pac just like everybody did?

Him asking for blood testing tells a lot about how "surreal" he thinks of Pac's presently capability.

I agree with everything that came out of his mouth about the issue.

It's his motives that I am extremely skeptical of. He was trying to sell it too hard on 24/7. It was like watching a John F Kennedy essay being spoken by Glen Beck.

    That is all.
