staying in the am's. maybe won another olympic gold or 2 and in the worlds have wud u view him then.... and do u think he was a good enough am to dominate the super heavy scene:think
Yes would have been a good move and people would have then compared him to the likes of Teofilo Stevenson and Felix Savon. Would not have made as much money though or have been living the american dream.
People who hate him are disrespectful mugs, he has done a great service to this country, we are hardly flooded with olympic medallists.
i don;t hate him and nor do most my mates who follow boxing. Fair play to him. He ain't the best and he has said some silly **** but he is still going and doing ok, I admire his hunger and ambition
TBH i dont mind the bloke. all the **** he gets he still wants to try prove himself. he is abit dillesional tho:good
I don't think so, if his dream was to become heavyweight champ in the pros then better to have a crack at it and fail than not try at all and spend the rest of his life wondering what if. For all the stick he gets, if he retired tomorrow he's achieved a lot more than most ever will. I'd snatch your hand off if you offered me a gold medal and a European title :good
Defo dillesional mate. But thats what makes this sport great. Imagine, just imagine he done a rocky and won the title.... ok, I;ve been drinking!
I have to admit to crying out YESSSS when he KO'd Sprott on Fri - fair play to him I hope Audley gets as much success as possible in the next year or so. Great to see him enjoyin a bit of success
