They agreed to USADA testing. What they they didn't know is how intrusive the testing procedures were, and that the USADA could test all the way up to the day of the fight if they wanted to. That's why they were arguing over a cut-off date.

Fair points. I'm trying not to get involved with the Pac/PBF debate because we've got two ATG's in their primes, in the same weight class, in our life time and I'd rather appreciate them both for the great fighters that they are. Rigorous drug testing as an isolated issue is something I'm very much in favour of though.
