It's funny watching you create arguments for yourself as you try and avoid ridicule. You're THAT concerned about any criticism of Pavlik that you bend over backwards to defend him.

I'm not saying that every sparring partner has to be an ATG. Just don't take what Pavlik has done against a very, very unproven "prospect" as proof of what he will be able to do against Martinez.

All this is very reminiscant of the doubter/Pavlik fans arguments prior to his fight against Hopkins, by the way. You keep going to lengths to back your man and let's see if he let's you down again on fight night.

I wasn't saying you're wrong about the sparring partner. Just reading you big this guy up, as an actual test for what Marrinez will be like, is laughable.

And you were wrong about sparring with Richardson. I just choose to be above the petty games you like to play. It's pedantic and boring.

You validated 'Pavlik Is Champ's' nonsense by drawing comparison between him and Dirrell/Ward. You also said that every guy outside the very elite is a bum, which is obviously untrue. Hidden praise - Probably suggesting that Trout could be a good prospect. It just makes ms laugh, that's all.

Leave it where you want until you learn to read and comprehend. There was no comparison between Trout and Ward/Dirrell. Just an observation that the lower tier guys are just about always overlooked on ESB.

 

You listen to what the fighters and trainers say before a fight? Perhaps you are even dumber than I first thought. Why would they reveal their gameplan to ANYONE before a fight? To believe that Martinez will actually go out to try and knock Pavlik out early is ridiculous... I prefer to look at how the fighter has fought in the majority of their professional career instead of listening to what they say they're going to do.

Pavlik is very good at wearing down strong tough fighters who stand their in front of him but he has to set himself to punch. THIS is why he will be outscored all night long.

Say all u want jack, Sergio has to win the rounds by coming in and when he does kellys straight right will land flush and that will be the end of the fight. Simple actually, I don't understand how Sergio became this monster.

Have you actually analyzed the fight? Martinez has a 1 inch reach advantage on Pavlik. No he isn't to big, Pavlik with that willow frame isn't too strong and he isn't effective against moving fighters.

 

Martinez won't be moving much after the halfway point. He'll be taking a long nap.
