For the Mosley-Floyd fight, there's a clause in the fight contract that Floyd gets a rematch if Mosley beat him.

If Mosley KOs Floyd brutally, do you think Floyd will still ask for a rematch?

I hope he KOs him fatally.

    Forget a rematch then.

Forget a rematch. Why would he want to get KTFO again.

hard to say though, either Floyd's immense pride won't allow him to give up or his immense pride being shattered like that will break him and make him retire or something.

If he's able to rebound mentally from a loss like that and asks for a rematch, he'll be a better man than I give him credit for.

Naahh, brutal KO is enough. :D Anything like Shane's last 3 KO's against Margarito, Mayorga and Fernando Vargas but of course Floyd is no Margarito, Mayorga or Vargas (these guys are much bigger than Floyd). ;)

Shane already said that he will readily give Floyd a rematch if ever. He loves to beat him twice. :rofl

Wishful thinking at best. Cause it ain't going to happen lol At best, it will be a draw, but Mosley ain't winning.

IF that happens, what do you think Floyd will do?

Mosley been knocking out bigger guys than Floyd. If he can land the same punch on Floyd, sure it will have the same result, a KO.

And if Floyd lands a perfect punch on Mosley he will be KO'd too...

I dont think so , a brutal KO never brings an instant re match , a brutal KO is closure and i think Floyd would allow Shane his crack @ Manny .

He would ask for a rematch. All fighters do. But who knows if it would come off. That would be devastating for Floyd. It matters if it was a knockout which happened when he was fighting his fight, or if he decided to brawl and that is why he was stopped. Sort of like when Hearns brawled with Hagler. Hearns knew he could box in the rematch and it would have been different. Certainly a Hagler/Hearns rematch would have gone into the late rounds in a normally paced fight.

That would be the most logical scenario but since Floyd specifically asked for the rematch clause in the contract if he loses to Mosley, who knows if he will still ask for a rematch. Remember Shane will be contractually bound to give Floyd a rematch. :D
