Am I the only one who thinks Pacquiao would dominate Mayweather?

If they ever fought. I think Pac is about the perfect type of fighter to beat Mayweather. His movement, his speed and combinations, his odd-punching angles, his south-paw stance, his work-rate. All of these things would trouble Mayweather immensely. I don't see Floyd having the work-rate to win rounds or the power to get Pac's respect. He'd land a lot of clean punches, but Pac would land more clean punches, land more un-clean punches, throw more punches and do more damage.

    Probably.

Most of us pick floyd by UD.

See Pac vs JMM I and II if you have a hard time seeing how Floyd would be Pac.

Nah. I think Floyd would win a UD, but you're far from the only one who favors Pac. In fact just bringing this up will inspire name-calling from people who think Pac would win toward those who don't. And vice versa.

Good statement... if Pac today is that same fighter that fought JMM in 2003 and 2008.

    I'm assuming you have eyes.

it will be closer than what people think. Both parties need to have the perfect fight plans. Pac and PBF has never fought anybody having each others attributes. Both will be hard to familiarize right away.

I think Pac will win, but I don't think the fight will ever happen.
I guess the best scenario now is; Shane knocks Floyd out, Floyd doesn't want a rematch and Manny and Shane battle it out for superiority.

That's true, but the question is, can he break Floyd's defense? Floyd's punch accuracy can make packy in trouble. Im a pacfan but Floyd wins this (pac sucks at jmm/pbf-type fighters).

That's why this fuvkin fight gets to be made. Forget the Xyclocane, forget that A-side meth. Fuvkin fight already!

:rofl agreed. pac's head is huge and he's a sucker for the right hand. floyd will make it look easy after the 6th round. then they will say pacuqiao was to small.

People love to invest in Pac's ability to put up a very high punch output which isn't a bad move but I'm curious to see what happens if Floyd does what Shane did to Margo, which is to land quick shots when he comes in, ties him up, and do some rough-housing? I'm aware that Pac has great footwork, but so does Floyd. I'm not saying this is the clear way to beat Pac or that it will never fail. My point is for every attack that Pac has, there is a way to counter. Same logic applies to Floyd. At the end of the day both guys have not faced the kind of fighter they would be facing if a fight can be made. Floyd has never faced a pressure fighter who has an amazing combo of speed, power, stamina, and a sturdy chin. And Pac has never faced an accurate counter puncher with the size, speed, and ring intelligence that Floyd has.

What Cotto did to Pac in the first round - I can see Floyd doing that for at least 7 rounds. He doesn't have to win all 12 rds. I can also see Floyd getting caught and knocked out for the first time. Toss up.

This. Manny has never seen anything like Floyd Mayweather Jr. Lil' Floyd is going to lay on the ropes and shoulder roll his way through the first 4-5 rounds and then he will proceed to pick Pacquiao apart. I think Mayweather Jr./Pacquiao is going to look a lot like Mayweather Jr./Philip N'Dou.
