Adamek says all the time he is about 220 pounds. Maybe trainers will make him a bit lighter. 217?

Adamek has been one of my favourite fighters for quite some time but I have to admit I was left speechless when I found out he decided to take on Arreola! What a gutsy decision, especially considering that he could have made a hell of a lot of money fighting many other fighters and fans would still have respected him.

Win or lose, you've got to give Adamek a lot of praise for daring to be great like this!

hopefully he's not musclebound and arm weary this time. surely they will have made serious changes after the last fight?

i have confidence that adamek can win the fight, but there are some doubts that keep nagging me.
