An 80-20 split to Wlad isn't going to cut it, reported on BBC FiveLive yesterday

IF Haye said that, then he's obviously asking for what he know is impossible.

I think he will eventually fight Wlad or Vitali.

He's starting talks with Wlad. HOWEVER, the IBF wants Wlad-Povetkin first.

The BBC is many things, but rumour-mongering without validation isn't one of them.

Haye wanted to fight them when he (Haye) was still a nobody at HW, nothing to lose so to speak. Now that Haye got a belt, he probably thinks he is better off reigning for a while and wait for the bros to age a bit.

He's beaten Dominick Guinn, Calvin Brock, Samuel Peter, and Alexander Dimitrenko, all good boxers. Sorry but your boy Haye is just a banger with speed and can hit hard, that's it, and those attributes alone don't always win fights.

I went through this yesterday, but I wont even bother explaining this to the assorted cretins on the General Forum again. When he fights one of the brothers, just remember to change your boring, puerile, crap from "ducker" and "coward" to "fraud getting KTFO" and any other pathetic one liner you can come up with.

He's fine and he is taking a break, I think he's reevaluating his career and his team. He needs a new trainer that can teach him something new. He is a boxer with a lot of talent and skill.

Some people are either far too emotionally invested in these fighters or are lacking a funny bone and take all this pre-fight talk far too seriously.

That Wlad video is the opening salvo in both camps attempt at getting some serious media promotion and money behind this fight, it is going to happen, it is almost innevitable. The Haye/Booth response is a bit of gentle british humour/sarcasm/call it what you want. Clearly some of this gets lost on the internets.

Anyway David will have to fight Wlad or Vitali soon otherwise the british media will hound into a fight with the left-hooking monster that is Audley Harrison and we all know the A-Force is the real beast in the heavyweight division!
