I think you're forgetting who the real Heavyweight Champion is and his name is not David Haye. Haye has the highly tainted WBA strap, Wladimir has the WBO, IBF, IBO & the coveted Ring Magazine belts. He's recognized as the man to beat at Heavyweight, not David Haye. He should offer no more than 40% to Haye which is still too much IMO.

 

Or you could just as easily assume Haye is really bitching out.

wladimir seems to be having some fun to me. he's not calling out haye in a real violent manner, but it does seem he really wants that fight to happen. it's up to haye to respond in better fashion than wanting the klitschko's to fight eachother first.
