Since PBF typically plays the villain in his fights and has a large faction of people who loyally root against him, what fighter out there would make you cheer for him?

For me, it's Joan Guzman, now I know Guzman fights at 135 but the dude showed up to the weigh-in in his last fight at 144. It would never happen, but that would be a fight where I'd cheer for Floyd to punish Guzman from ring post to ring post.

    What do you think?

Guzman is a good shout. I'd quite like to see him make Berto or Bradley look silly, just because i think they're both hype jobs and wouldn't mind seeing them exposed.

I struggle to see how Bradley is a hype job.

I appreciate Mayweather, but dont respect nor like him.

However, if he was fighting junior witter I would cheer him on.

Some are making out that he either is or is very close to a p4p top 10 fighter. He barely beat Kendall Holt ffs.

I would cheer Floyd to beat PW or against any other fighter clearly bigger than
him .... like Winky or even Hopkins (who is officially willing to fight PAC).

hmm his wins have been greatly overrated though,

junior witter past his best and was extermly slow on the night
Torres took the best of Holt, Holts never been the same since Torres
Peterson was a good win but he was really untested,

i admit he is a good fighter, hopefully he will get a chance against a real top fighter maybe berto would be a good fight to prove himself totally worthy for the big time

I haven't really seen anyone say that, but I wouldn't have him as a top 10 P4Per. He'll be there soon though, if he carries on the way he has been.

He suffered a flew flash knockdowns against Holt, but handily outboxed him and deserved the decision.

He's not afraid to fight the best and I think that should be applauded.

I like his attitude, i just happen to think that if he had that attitude in a better division he wouldn't even be a belt holder.

Berto, I would root for mayweather over berto any day and I would love to see mayweather give berto a boxing lesson.

of course i dont really consider myself to be a "mayweather hater" i think he is an amazing fighter, I just think he has too much of a big mouth.

Not really relevant though. He's at light welterweight and doing very well there. Can't wait to see him fight Devon Alexander.

Of course it's relevant, being one of the top 2 in a poor division doesn't make you a p4p top 10 fighter. If he'd been at 140 5-6 years ago he wouldn't have even picked up a belt IMO.

I'm not saying he's a P4P top 10 fighter, and those that do might be getting slightly carried away. But he can only fight those in front of him and beat them, which is what he has been doing. Maybe he wouldn't have won a belt 5 years ago, but it's all if's and but's.
