Wow thata amazing. I thought it was a fake until i looked at other sites for proof.

Obviusly he knows how to cut weight, but still i am very happy for him doing it.

I really dont want to see him in the ring again.

Mike Tyson is about the only guy I can think of who is more shot than Roy Jones, he needs to stay out of the ring.

he looks in shape but at the same time, he also looks old. he should no longer be fighting.

 

I think Tyson is still on parole and being tested for his rehabilitation.
He must have been doing some mad oldskool training sessions. Then again he always was able to quickly get to fightweight. It's a property of his freak-of-a-nature body and abilities.

I dont know about that! You know Tyson still has power behind those punches, roy has lost all his powers.

 

He's definitely made love to pigeons.

 

He's lost the weight too quickly because his muscle has gone too. Even when he was fat, you could see the muscles were there so this looks like he's been severely holding back on his calorie intake. I'm sure he's done lots of cardio too but his diet is obviously aimed at shedding weight quickly.

If he started to weight train again, he would put muscle on very quickly, though.

 

I think that's all rather presumptive.

He lost to ****ing Kevin McBride and that was 5 yrs ago, Jones can still beat C level fighters and maybe even B level guys on a good day, Tyson can't.
