Bute : I had an exceptional training, the best of my career, I'm in great shape and I'm confident that i will keep my belt
I do not know everything about boxing, but after each fight I'm becoming better and better.
It was feeling great in November before the rematch with Andrade but now i feel even better now.I've completed every aspect of my training. Nothing, absolutely nothing has been overlooked. I will be extremely energetic from beginning to end the confrontation Saturday night. I've been training to be able to make great effort from the start to the end of each fight.I know Miranda will start the fight strong as usual.He better not dropping the peace in the second half because I'm will be extremely energetic and i will attack him as many times i need to (sorry for the rough translation ) Anyway i choose a specific strategy for this fight .... a plan that i really love . I didn't boxed at home at Centre Bell for almost an year. I want to make a impeccable(perfect) fight to satisfy all my fans.Miranda doesn't have my speed and he doesn't have my mobility so he will try for sure to knock me out. I'm expecting him to try to hurt me every time he'll rush towards me , but i will be extra cautious when the situation will require and i will always strike when the time is right. I will dominate the fight from the beginning to the end and i'll make no mistake.

No kidding, at the public session yesturday, I almost was scared for Miranda, for his health.... I mean. Lucian is on a mission and there is no stopping so close from the top of the mountain. P4P recognition as always been the goal for Lucian, and he seems closer then ever.

I think the hype job being done with bute makes me want him to fail.

What I think is outfair about your comment on the fact that Bute almost had all of his fights in Canada is that you guys don't require the same from American boxers. A guy like Ward who doesn't want to fight out of his turf is safe from that criticism because of these double standards.

And wasn't the way he disposed of Andrade in the rematch impressive?

I agree that some of his fans (most of the guys posting in this thread actually) might be overrating him, but the man has undeniable talent and I think you're just looking for a way to hate on him.

 

Don't worry too much about his stupid comments, he escaped from kindergarden and buzzes this forum ever since. As for P4P recognition, it's not yet there, but it's a goal. He first needs to face the others at his weight to have the real picture, before Lucian faces Ward, AA, Kessler, Dirrell if he's ok, and even Froch, he won't be consider one of the ten best boxers out there, so, give him 2 or 3 fights or so and we shall see his real value.

I know you are a huge fan and all of Bute, but Snakeface has his right to an opinion about him too. He disagrees and gives his reasons.

I too was going to commit about your 'scared for his health' and 'human machine' remarks, but I figured I'd let you enjoy the moment. I mean you only have 3 days until Miranda wakes you up from the dream anyway!

Overall as we are getting close to the fight now, many of you good posters are getting pretty cocky. Don't get me wrong I love the debate and you have the write to your opinions. Just don't get mad or start calling names to the people who disagree.

One day Bute will lose. It will happen much sooner than you think. Maybe it won't be Miranda who does it. It will happen though. He is human and all fighters meet their fate. Bute was seconds away from being stopped already. No disrespect guys, just giving you the hard truth.

Definitely won't be Miranda. He's too limited for Bute. Bute will box circles around him a possibly stop him.

I know that Miranda hasn't shown anything but I've watched so many sports and trained myself in many ones that I am able to make the difference between a boxer who has a very accurate footwork and another one who has a poorer footwork than I have myself. And I'm not kidding. The gap is huge. It can be closed py power, of course, but it is still huge. It's obvious just by watching them walking.
