OK.... If we take it as a gimme that neither boxer is fighting top class opponents....

Which boxer gets your adrenalin pumping more?

Green has fought 8 times for 8 victories since his bout with Mundine....

7 of those wins have been inside the distance

Mundine's last 8 fights have all gone the distance.... Ho-hum...Whatever power Mundine had... seems to have diminished

I for one would rather support a fighter that I know has the power to destroy his opponent at any time during the fight.:yep

Mundine of late.... has shown that he would struggle to knock the skin off a rice pudding

Green has been destroying Boxers with supposedly granite chins

I'm thinking that when Green and Mundine finally meet again..... Green will have a huge advantage.... He will go into the fight knowing Mundine can't hurt him.... and Mundine will know that he is fighting a boxer who has found his best power weight and can KO him with one punch at any time during the fight.

Mundine's a stylist without much pop - nothing new there.

Green 'aint pretty - but he can bang.

Matter of preference, but Green is far more exciting at present, and keener to fight better opposition than good old 'take the easiest fight offered' Choc.

Used to love watching Mundine in the past. Loved his lightning speed and reflexes, but back then he was also able to hurt his opponents and that added to the excitement. Now that he "cant knock the skin off a rice pudding" anymore, I dont get excited watching Mundine anymore. Whilst he still has much of the skill, without the hurt its boring to watch. Much like Wlad Klit.

But then again, to be honest I cant get excited about Green either when the outcome is so predictable. Yes he knocks the guys out, but that usually happens in mismatches...

i agree with hmm on the fact that mundine has become quite boring apart from the odd exciting combo and flashes of his former brilliance , dannys knockouts are not always clean however he seems to get the crowd into almost a frenzy and that adds to the excitement, at the moment id much rather watch danny , maybe if i wanted to see a pure skill based show without much bang id prefer mundine

    Tend to agree.

Though even Mandy has looked really good not long ago, last years fight with Geale, they both looked great for what was an exciting fight IMO.

And last nights fight with Siaca wasn't all that exciting to me, but his fight with RJJ was.

Who do I think is more exciting to watch right now?
Probably Green because he's very keen to engage, but not by much, and it would depend on who they fight.

Im a bit of a purist..I usually like watching a good boxer win his fight with skill and ringsmarts, rather then a puncher bash his way to a victory with strength and will.

Only seen fleeting moments in a couple of Choc fights where he was wowed me with his skill.
I guess I have high standards when I watch fights though.

I generally watch Green or Mundine fights with my mates, who are casual fans at best. So a bloke thats a bit more exciting for the average punter and adds to the atmosphere a bit more is a little easier to digest and funner to watch.

So Green I guess more often than not.
