Margo isn't even licensed to fight, I hope that POS Arum gets banned as well for trying to get ths scum back in the ring. As for the fight, with out blocks, Pac beats the **** out of Margo, who is nothing more than a C-class fighter that loads his wraps.
Arum should at least let him get a few high profile fights under his belt before putting him in with Pacquiao to build his reputation back up, at the moment he's viewed as Mosley's leftovers. It's not a surprise though as it's what we've come to expect of Arum.
