I don't know because most boxers don't have to undergo random, olympic style blood testing.
But it is not rare at all for humans to be effected by blood testing.

Kinda makes it look like things are takin out of context. The whole interview should be shown, not just the bad for it to be totally fair. What he said was damaging yes, but any of us could look bad if what we say was cut and chopped

Random olympic style blood testing isn't the only time they draw blood. Emmanuel even had his own blood drew for other purposes like that time right before he got his AZZ kicked by Morales, 24 days before he fought Hatton, and for Clottey.

He can't be the only one subject to drawing of blood. I haven't heard of any other boxer yet who gets "weakened" by taking blood save emmanuel.
