Both Purdy and Vassell look in very good shape, especially Vassell. Lusambya weighed in at just over welterweight, so he may not have the big size advantage most were expecting over Watson (Watson even weighed in heavier, although his body was clearly less defined).

I Expect Vassell to work Purdy's body and stop him in the middle rounds in what could be a very good fight and Watson to win a decision after some nervy moments :good

I'm far more interested in Waton/Afro than McDonagh/Woolcombe so I'm not disapointed with that at all.

I like Vassell, hopefully he showcases himself here.

Somehow this card, which was pretty much put together at the last minute, looks IMO better than what it was originally :yep

I can't wait to see Vassell - only seen little bits of footage of him, so will be great to see a full fight of his live :good

Denton might be better than average. I think he'll be very decent at domestic level at least.

:good Turning out to be a decent card. Watson has said he'll vacate the title if he wins, he's just taking this fight for the exposure.

Purdy is always in a good scrap, and Vassel is a decent box-fighter with a good work rate IIRC. Should be a good scrap.

    Purdy vs Glover anyone?

The good thing about Vassell is he moves his damn head. It's becoming a lost art.
