If Wlad offers 40% to Haye and Haye says "NO"...

Who would you blame for the fight not happening

Well haye, thats a fair deal, and if he wins he can then do the same to the guys behind him. But off course he will not win.

Wald has more belts, including ring and has a larger fan base. David is a 'wannabee' at this point. That isn't even meant in disrespect. What has Wlad done at HW? What has Haye done HW? I wouldn't blame either of them. Now is the possibly the best time for Wlad, money-wise, to make this fight. Now is probably not the best time for Haye. Haye'd make more (both in terms of split and total) if he built-up more of a rep in America first.

If I was Wlad right now, I would take 60%. If I was Haye, I wouldn't take 40%. I can see both positions.
