On the main forum i asked if wlad has been hit hard since he lost to sanders and brewster so thought id ask here the same here but of course from hayes pov. If you look at his last few fights, he has not been really tagged to hard has he, mac never got much on him, barrett may have hit him from the floor from memory so that dont count, valuev did **** all, and ruiz who i did not see live though he hit him is not or was ever a hard puncher im sure most would agree. So how will he cope ?, he may well catch wlad early and its all over, but i cant see that, that jab will be in his face all night, unless he can keep away which could tire him quick

Not a wind up, just curious to peoples ideas here, both men have had it fairly easy in terms of getting caught that much in there last few bouts, once and if they do fight, it will be the hardest punchers both men will have faced probably in there whole career, or at least very close.

Million $ question right there. Truth is nobody can answer with any certainty because as you've rightly pointed out, he hasn't been hit much recently and certainly not with any heavy artillery.

We can make an educated guess though; that he probably won't infact take them all that well based on him not taking punches well against cruiserweights. He should be more durable at heavy, but at the same time Wlad punches a ton harder than anybody he's fought which will probably negate that.

  3. Simple: If he gets caught flush it's lights out. His best chance is to put Klitschko on to the back foot early and make him gunshy.

Do you all think haye could have taking that shot that put chanbers out ?, and to be fair, could wlad take hayes best punches ?, both guys are meant to have poor chins, but im not so sure here, while not granite, they aint crap

the whole thing of this 'both have poor chins, who lands first?' comes down to this, the shot that vlad gets put down with is gonna have to be a big looping hayemaker but on the other hand vlad can easily put down haye with just a jab......if ruiz after being put down can wobble haye with one of his jabs at the end of the first round then i dont see vlad having much problem.

i'd love to see haye smash vlad but he'll avoid him and vitali unless vitali looks very old against sosnowski?, expect haye to rematch valuev or fight haye or possibly a yank next.

Haye vs Haye would be very one sided and I don't think there'd be much demand for it tbh.

How many times does this have to be pointed out...Haye was caught square on and he wasn't hurt.

Haye will deal with Wlad's punches the same way he has for his past fights at HW, GTFO of the way of them. For the most part Haye's been able to stay out of trouble at HW, no one's been able to properly hit him at least I don't think. Barret was ages ago I don't remember the fight at all, Valuev didn't hit him with anything note worthy, same with Ruiz. I suppose you can argue that Wlad is on a different level to these, but if Wlad hits anyone flush it's game over so I dunno. If he can get outta the way of the punches like he has done so far at HW he'll do OK, if he doesn't then he'll get KO'd. I don't see him taking anything big from Wlad.

Haye won't get hit. If he does it'll be sleepy time.

haye will know he needs to stay out of the way, and this is his game plan in pretty much any fight he goes into.
he is agile and ring savvy enough to do this.
i think he probably takes a punch better than most people think, but as previously stated,he hasn't been hit any near as hard as vlad will do if he tags him, and i can't see anything other than vlad ko if he connects.
But haye's game plan will be to make sure he doesn't connect.
