From strictly watching the video, it is not clear what exactly Mosley said "Yes" to.

Did he say "Yes, I knew it was EPO when I took it in September 2003"?

Or did he say "Yes, I knew it was EPO sometime before December 2003 when I gave grand jury testimony (but did not know what it was in September 2003)"?

Maybe in the parts that were edited out, maybe he clarifies his answers. Maybe that part was cut out to make him look bad, who knows. To make a final judgment on this you would need to see the whole tape, uncut.

Just to be clear, personally I don't believe anyone can inject themselves without being fully aware of what it is, but going just by the clip alone, Shane could argue that it's consistent with his stance that he didn't know, because the questions asked in that clip and his answers leave room for ambiguity.

 

Like Isaid I don't care if USADA testing is implemented or not. I have no problem with it. I just don't buy Mayweather's reasons for asking for the testing. And I think that he and his family went well out of there way to smear and undermine another fighters achievements, which is shameful.

 

Why would they ask him if he knew it was EPO at the time of the grand dury in 2009. How could he not know it by that time.
