For some strange reason, I think Sergio would handle Pac's power pretty well, (this is just a hunch, nothing more) I do agree those habits of Sergio's are bad and he need to correct them, but the things is...Manny has to earn Sergio's respect first...I dont think Sergio will toy around with Manny given that, has the power to end it if Sergio ****s around...I think we'll see a different Sergio than the one we saw with Williams, I think Sergio will use a lot of movement and sharp, crisp counters. The only thing that might have me second guessing this is the low hands ( the bad habits you pointed out) With the low hands and how he lunges in he can get countered but I think Sergio wont fight that type...Good fight if it were to happen!:good
good stuff. sergio will be bigger and if he can control distance, get in when he has an opening, get off, and then get back out...he may very well frustrate pac into doing something stupid.
Except his conscienceness, really. Sergio has the same one-punch handspeed, and better one-punch power. He would literally wait for Pac to open up and catch him time and time again with right hands. You think he hit PW with some rights? Pac is even easier to hit, and would catch right hands all night en route to a nap. Sergio has absolutely nothing in common with any of Pac's recent opponents. Nothing.
Not long ago, I would have picked Martinez and wouldn't have blinked once. Martinez is a fine boxer but at some point Pac would make Sergio fight him and that's when I envision things turning sour for him. Pac by stoppage.
again, if you are to believe what we were told...pac ate breakfast, lunch, and still came in at just over 145 for clottey. its just not really a fair question.
Thats why I'm wondering on why he's picking Manny by KO...Anything can happen in the sport but I just dont see Manny KO'ing Sergio.
yes yes i walked into that one...then again, that late night mexican fast food joint arreola talked about may do the trick
Based on what gives you this assumption? I mean Sergio is just a fast, just as power, and has decent footwork...He fights nothing like Manny's past opponents...Nothing like them.
I think the weight would be too much for Pac, especially against someone like Martinez. I see Pac going the full 12 but losing the desicion to Martinez.
