As I stated in an earlier post, when I was a young boy I saw my old man shoot a rat in the kitchen with a 22 pistol. What I did not say was that years later I tried to kill one with a broomstick, but it went under my bed where I coudln't get at him, so I shot it with a different 22 pistol. Another few years later I shot one in the kitchen with a 45 caliber derringer; what a ****ing mess that was.

Despite coming from a 3rd world country, I have to say, I went to Bucharest once on a business trip and eastern europeans are a scary bunch I mostly stayed near the business districts but I got lost once and ended up in what looked like a somewhat bad part of the city, after a few minutes there was a homeless guy who followed me for a few blocks and kept on shouting at me, not the most pleasant of experiences.

I can't say for certain how rough a rough neighborhood in Eastern Europe is, but based on what I've seen so far, I can see where you guys are coming from on this.
