Just how vulnerable will Froch be to Kessler's offense?

I feel that the slower, predictable Froch who does not use angles at all hardly, unlike Ward and Calzaghe, will be right in Kesslers jab and straight right hand range all night.... I mean i really think Kessler will land his jab at will... does anyone else think so too?

 

Yeah, i'm a massive Froch fan but he's tailor made for Kessler. He'll be walking onto the straight 1-2 all night long and might even get stopped through the sheer number of punches that will land. I'll be cheering for Froch like my life depends on it though!

 

hes made of the right stuff is froch hell go toe to toe all night with kessler but can we say the same for the dane

 

Kessler wont have to go toe to toe at all times... particularly if that Jab is pumping... Kessler is very good at keeping his distance when he wants. Kesslers hands are faster as are his feet. Also Froch will have to land long looping punches in order to be affective, because kessler keeps his hands very high. Kesslers shorter, straighter punches will land more.

 

What I wonder is how will Kessler react if Froch is taking his best punches and still applying **** loads of pressure and fouling like a mother****er. I am inclined to think that Kessler will crumble in the later rounds if he can't get Froch's respect early. I also wonder is how much will the ref protect Kessler? Froch is very sloppy and gets dirty when he sees fit. Will the ref allow Froch to push and shove on the ropes?

 

Froch's defense is his face.........so I guess very vulnerable. Froch is tailor made for MK. Frochy thinks his chin is granite but it really isn't, that will be his downfall. Dirrell rocked him a bunch.........JT with little power put him down and had him doing the chicken dance. Bet on the Dane. :good

 

Yeah i think this will be a great fight. Kessler HAS TO beat Froch; if he doesn't, not only could be out of the tournament due to two losses, but if he loses to both the slick boxer/cheater and the right in your face brawler, then who can he beat??

 

I can only see a Froch victory in this one. Kessler is tailor made for Froch

 

This will look like the Andrade fight in my opinion.

 

Kessler will have a field day with his quick right. The main asset Froch has is his confidence. He maybe one of the more overrated fighters in the tournament.

 

As far as I know, and I might be wrong, but Kessler has never been down or ever even really hurt. Froch has. And Froch has been hurt against guys that weren't punchers, like Dirrel.

 

froch is no way as predictable as andrade he does have the wierd stance and low hand that a few boxers find annoying to put up with it all depends on wether froch ill up the pressure in this fight he was too lazy against dirrel needs to throw more

 

How do you figure? I'm not a Dane or a Brit or a fan or either one. But I have no idea why Froch, a fairly slow-footed, slow-handed fighter would give Kessler trouble. Kessler's worst fights have been against speedy, slick fighters like Calzaghe and Ward. And in case I have him mixed up with somebody else, Froch is neither.

 

The thing is Froch is going to have to come forward no matter what, because if he doesnt he will be eating a jab from a distance all night. I dont think anyone would debate that from a distance Froch has a very small chance of outboxing Kessler.

 

Please get a life and come into reality. Ward beat Kessler from pillar to post. And I like Kessler. But there were no excuses for the way he lost that fight other than the fact that he was simply outclassed.
