So you are saying there isn't 40+ lbs. of fat on that frame? Arreola could cut all the way down to Cruiser if he was in excellent condition.
He should be 230 tops. Coming in at 250 against Klitschko was a disgrace... I can't even begin to imagine how undisciplined he must be when it comes to his eating habits. Considering the amount of workout he does he must be consuming tons of refried rice and burritos.
**** man Arreola is 3 cm taller than me. I work out 3 times a week and jog 3 times a week and box occasionally nothing serious and I'm walking around at 176. He's a professional athlete he should really clean up his act.
No ****ing way. I am not saying he can't cut weight but some people are naturally big. I doubt he could hit 220 comfortably. He's a HW. He isn't going to kill himself to get to a certain weight. He's not a ****ing welterweight who needs to come in at 147 or under. I think 230 is good for him but he is 6'4. I think he can be around 240 as well.
Hmmmmm cause different people don't have different physiques and ways of carrying weight. Example, I am 5'6 162 pounds. By military standards I am overweight...which is BS. Cause I'm just built nicely. No one think I weigh 162. People always guess 140. All because you and Arreola are around the same height does not mean he can get anywhere close to your 176 pounds. P.S. I can care less about Arreola but people saying he should be like 220 pounds...that is laughable.
atschYou wanna say top 20 that one thing(still wrong IMO) but Wills, McCline, Witherspoon, Minto, Walker and **** even a guy like Tann were in the top 40 when he beat then.
