He can come in the best shape of his life. He's still gonna get outclassed and outworked and his only chance to win is a KO. Arreola's conditioning is not the most important factor here (perhaps its the most important variable factor). Adamek's chin is really the most important factor in this fight. Adamek is not slick or quick enough to avoid all of Arreola's punches. Much of his defense depends on his chin and his counter punching. He will take punches and that's the way he likes it. Adamek actually fights better when he's getting buzzed.Arreola's defense is sort of similar but I still have questions about his chin. IMO Vitali didn't test it with anything stiff. Both Arreola and Adamek also get hit because they take a lot more risks with their offence than most fighters. Lately, Adamek has been more judicious about taking such risks, while Arreola is thesame old reckless self.
Tell that to Paul Briggs, O'Neill Bell or Jonathan Banks. These are all powerful punchers, p4p on par with Arreola.
if comes in under 240, that is good for chris. Look he has had 8 weeks to get ready for the fight. he would have done the work inside the gym and outside the guy, His diet is the key for chris to get under 240. he needs to get that under control.
If Adamek has been following my advice the reason Arreola has been quite is because he is too busy answering the door for the food deliveries he's sending hourly.
Okay you Arreola haters want to talk ****, gonna sound like all of the Pav nuthegger after this.................Crickets.............Crickets.:yep
I hear what you're saying and I totally agree that people have different body frames. But Arreola should realize that the flab on him hinders his movement. And btw I believe he should be around 225. It would be a suitable weight for him.
Let him be silent because hopefully he is dedicated right now. Anyway, we will see at the weigh in. After the Vitali discrace when he came in looking like it was the first day of training camp I wouldn't hold your breath.
Glad to hear that. Hope he is cutting down his weight. It'll do wonders for him. Arreola has no chance against the A-Force. Against the A-Force resistance is futile. He'll drop an A-Bomb on Arreola that he will never recover from. Ps. You do know that the A-force is only allowed to use half his strength in the ring right? If he hits with his full force then he is potentially lethal...
Arreola needs a new trainer and a new team, maybe he should hire Floyd Mayweather Sr. or Jeff Mayweather, someone that can improve his boxing skills and get him in shape.
