    Martinez 2-0 . Martinez using his speed and making Pavlik look really slow. Pavlik continues bleeding from his eye. Martinez keeping his hands down at his waist and Pavlik can't do much.

    I know Pavlik doesn't have the most cut physique anyway, but he looks soft and maybe bloated.
