    he lost a buddy in iraq, so he took a month off and so did i cause i got fractured a rib in sparring....but he's been back for a week now looking strong, thank god he kept his weight down..........i'll be back monday for training.....

    ya bro, ribs aint no ****en joke....it was hard to breathe, get out of bed and drive for about 2 weeks.......i should've stopped the sparring session, but you know tha macho, stupid side takes over and you just can't quit.....after that, i ended moving around with josh for about 2 rounds and then i was having trouble breathing......rested the rest of the session out and the next day sure enuff the doctor said i had a fractured rib........it's a ****en nasty as painful feeling...
