What critical strengths/weaknesses do Bute and Hopkins now have for the other to beware/exploit? And how do you see this fight going?
hopkins is so ****ing old i wish he would retire. they should just let his snaggle-tooth ass commentate. if he had gotten the HBO job he probably would have retired. let him commentate with the requirement that he gets his grill fixed so as not to scare civilians
Hopkins would have to make this a big stinker to have any real chance of being in the game through 12. Bute most likely looks sharper when Nard doesn't hold, enough to win something like 8-9 outta 12 rounds. There also could be a chance that Hopkins elects to stay on his stool at the end of a round. It would be a sad ending for a man that shouldn't even be fighting at possibly 46 years of age by the time the fight is made.
I think Bute would knock out Hopkins or have Hopkins running for 12 rounds. Hopkins is just too old. In his prime I would say Hopkins would win, but not now.
