Pavlik said he is enforcing his rematch clause, is this wise?

I see the same result every time. "Double the jab" can only take you so far.

A second fight could be closer but I would still fancy Martinez. Pavlik did do some good things but on the other hand, Martinez showed at times it could be incredibly easy for him.

Post fight interview, he actually didn't say that. He said that it was there, not that he'd use it.

    So, let him.
You guys are over exaggerating martinez's dominance in the fight. Martinez clearly won but it wasnt another hopkins fiasco, pavlik did have control of the fight at one point. If they fought 10 times martinez certainly wins the majority but he doesnt win all 10 times.

i'll respect pavlik for doing it, but no the same thing will most likely happen again, maybe even worse. the confidence of pavlik must be low now. he was hyped up, and now getting outboxed by the better boxers is very draining mentally especially if you thought you was the dogs bollocks. style wise, martinez would always cause problems.

Pavlick cant really do anything else,he needs to get a wim over Martinez.Kelly`s career is in serious trouble now.People could over look the Hopkins defeat but this one is different.

If Pavlik wants his championship back he better take that fight now before PW does.

Worked for Paul Williams when he rematched Carlos Quintana.

What??? Anyways, Pavlik should rematch SM just for a good payday, there won't be too many of those from now on.
