    3 more...

#1.Have Lowe step down as LEAD trainer.
#2.Consider moving up in weightclass/instead of taking the Martinez rematch.
#3.Slap Arum for putting him in the ring Vs. such a slickster.

He needs to either rematch Martinez or take the fight with Paul Williams then rematch Martinez.

Kelly started to solve Martinez in the middle rounds, then that second cutt opened up and he lost control. Everybody wrote off Paul Williams after he lost to Quintana, I think it's the same thing here. Martinez is a talented vetran fighter, you should be allowed to lose to a guy like that. It was evident in the championship rounds that Kelly had no gas left to deliver his power. He needs to completely give up drinking til his career is over and maybe he'll have more stamina to cutt weight and finish his fights strong.

As for Kelly at 168, no way. Guys his own size that can take a punch would beat the hell out of him. He doesn't have any great boxing ability. He's basically a big bully of a middle weight. Andrade and Bika would mow him down. But at middle weight, he can still rule so long as he can make weight and have good stamina -things he didn't have against Martinez.

    Fight Paul Williams.

Possibly the only source of redemption for a once promising career.

CRAAAAZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY how so many ppl try suggesting for him to move up to 168. Better hire a hitman and kill him quick with a bullet. The only person he could probably beat @ 168 is J.TAYLOR again....& that's still a maybe!!

Bute like Calzaghe is not your typical white euro fighter... Pavlik (being american) would be a classic example of a white fighter - most euro fighters are basic up and down guys. Very rarely you get slick white fighters like Calzaghe or Bute... although Calzaghe in his early days was always up for a tear-up

Most white and latin fighters are come forward attacking guys

Black boxers are usually better counter punchers and slicksters.... they're clear examples of those against the general rule....like Martinez and Juan Manuel Marquez being very good counter punchers....... and Black fightwer who can mix it up a bit like mosely.

Having said that...even the white euros Pavlik could face at 168... I still think he loses against them all - Froch/Kessler/Abraham.... but would be entertaining stuff for sure

Seriously I don't understand why people blame Pavlik's team for the Martinez fight, what he was supposed to do? run from the fight so people can say to him that he's scared of Sergio. Pavlik fought him and lost, move on, fight the rematch or Williams, there aren't a lot of choices for Pavlik...
