I'd say Mayweather and Hopkins both get the nod over Pacquiao. However, Pacquiao is more popular than the two of them put together, and what I KNOW means jack here. Half the people here are boxing fans, the other half are Pacquiao fans, with a small percentage qualifiying as both boxing and Pacquiao fans, so....go ahead and just give the title to Pacquiao now.

He beat Barrera in 03 but notice Pacquiao gets all this attention AFTER Mayweather retired. Mayweather was and still remained man of the decade. Floyd takes my vote.
