Kelly needs to get out of youngstown and get a new trainer! That's all.

Then Hopkins should retire and train him. That would be interesting.

he's flawed, new trainer or not. he will always have trouble with guys who give him angles. he is slow footed.

There are many concerns in his camp, not only do I believe Jack Loew and his chemistry is strained, but I do believe there are some underlying issues in himself, I actually believe some of the rumours are true. I can't recall him weighing damn near 180lbs on fightnight, and getting cut that easily. I say Martinez is the better boxer, end of.. but Pavlik looked lack lustre, fatigued and showed signs of having been drained.

He's not a 160lbs'er anymore, and 168lbs is hell for him, him, bob and Jack knows this. Pavlik basically caught in the loop hole, and can't find a way out. I expect them to either gun for a rematch and get smacked around again, or go to 168lbs and fight Bute who is now available, where he will be stopped.

stepping back & jabbing was a good adjustment. actually using his height. if he could have stuck to that from beginning to end, then he would have had a shot at beating martinez. he mostly chased him trying to land the right and missed wildly.

I just watched the fight again and Kelly really doesnt have an inside game and doesnt through too many uppercyts and has a very minimal body attack....He needs to get rid of Jack " Double the Jab" Leow

The stuff Manny Steward was saying last night makes me think Manny would like to train Pavlik.

Yeah Pav and Jack has hit a road block and I don't think there is as lot to learn from Jack at this point...I mean they have been together since Kelly started and I haven't seen any improvement in the last couple of fights.

Well, it would make for a great movie, but would it happen? Like Rocky III, but for real.

Nazim is who he needs. The man trains his men in fundamentals and having multiple gameplans, pavlik's main problems.
