Martinez will win on points but I think Williams should have to take a step up fight to earn the rematch at this point....
Have Paul face off with Angulo or someone IMO Martinez already beat him and has moved on to bigger better things.

    Maravilla by clear decision.

But first Williams has to get past Cintron and that wont be easy.

This is a rough fight for both of them, but I think it could go either way again.

:huh Williams needs to earn a rematch against a guy he already beat? Even If you think Martinez won, Williams officially got the victory. Also, Williams is fighting Cintron on May 8th. Clearly if he wins that fight he surely doesn't need to fight Angulo considering Cintron beat Angulo.

This would obviously be a tough fight for both guys. Williams seems to have problems with counterpunchers. A counterpuncher like Martinez will struggle with a volume puncher; especially one who punches from all angles. You'd epect Martinez to do better this time being that he's a counterpuncher. You would also expect Williams to do better being that he would have a full training camp to prepare for Martinez.

I dont know hard to pick. Martinez was leading the cards for me in the last fight until he gassed a bit and gave it away to Williams. I predict a very close second fight.

Cintron does not do well with tall fighters that apply pressure. Willams stops him in my opinion.

    Close fight.

I can see these two doing a trilogy.

I agree. It would be a tough fight, but I think Paul knows what Sergios right hand tastes like. And I think he would do as he did in the latter rounds where he kept his left hand a little higher.

That last fight was bssically on-the-job training for Williams, and he'll be much better next time.

I don't think martinez has much he could actually improve on, except his stamina. But it should be a good fight either way.

I think Williams stops em next time. Like one of the guys said Martinez is who he is and is not going to change a thing. While Paul has more upside and can learn from the first fight. If his rematch with the other crafty south paw he had troubles with is any indication than Paul will preform splendid.

    Martinez, AGAIN.

I honestly don't see the greatness others see in PW, time will tell....
