Anyone who commits suicide whilst having loving family are the lowest of the low, but that reference is irrelevant and stupid, as he did the killing with his own hand. Hypothetical's don't have much place in any discussion about the situation. Everytime a professional boxer does something completely ****ed people on here address the situation as though the fighter is under some sort of magical legal/moral immunity because they won a few prizefights. The guy killed the mother of his child, can't get much lower than that. Pure scum.
You aren't in a place to be judging anyone, k. He was obviously a tortured soul. I hope Jennifer and Edwin both rest in peace. Get the **** off your high horse and look inward before you judge anyone, you have no idea what was going on in his head and in his life.
That person would still be knowing of the consequence that there suicide would cause. I'm not arguing that Valero is a saint am I, and his murder of his wife is a tragedy, but for **** sake sitting here calling him a ****, saying he should rot in hell and getting worked up about it isn't doing anyone any good, is it? The guy evidently had major psychological problems by it induced genetically, environmentally or both, at the end of the day I see it as a tragedy on both counts. If you feel that strongly on it, why aren't you on here everyday calling Monzon scum and a **** who should burn in hell?
Wow! UN****INGBELIEVABLE. I cannot see sympathy for Edwin Valero, but I'm deeply sorry for his innocent kids. :-( And may their mother rest in peace.
i would really like to pay my respect to a talented fighter but he dont deserve it !!!! the blokes a mug, his poor kids !
Obviously that isn't a relevant issue every day, so it isn't addressed. I am sure there are millions of cases of husbands murdering their wives over history, but i am not going to sit around bitching about those all day, as horrible an act as it is. The point is, no one who kills someone, especiallly a loved one, is truly of sound mind, as it isn't a natural act. But it doesn't in anyway excuse or lessen the severity of it, and neither does the fact that he was a professional boxer, and we are boxing fans (if this wasn't a boxer, i'd hazard a guess to say answers would be more hostile on the whole, and less sympathetic).
Just saw this on the news. :-( The whole turn of events these past few days have been part of a huge tragedy. The man was mentally unstable.
