Yeah his choice of guards was pretty horrible. That guy couldn't even close the car door without grunting!

Sometimes deterrent is better than effectiveness though. 60% of any average security organization is not "combat" ready.

Floyd couldn't afford eight ex-special forces soldiers for personal security. To hire ex-paratroopers or rangers would run about $320,000 per soldier per year. Some ex Delta operative would cost much more than that. There is a reason why those types of guys are only hired by private military contractors or major corporations.

Find something else to hate on.

That shouldn't be to hard with Floyd Jr.

    The hate...

Couldn't afford it is relative. There are some "major corporations" that make $4 million per month. Mayweather generates that easily. It would all just be written off and his tax bill would be less.

Wanna be a hater? Fine. Just don't talk about real life stuff. You just look...

Are you the one paying the salary of the bodyguards? If not, then shut the **** up and quit acting worse than a groupie lil ***** who's worried about another man's personal activities.

I am not being a hater. There is a reason why celebs never, and I mean never, hire guys like that. They are too expensive and a serious case of overkill. Simply put, if a celeb just hired an ex-Delta operator, someone who had only been in Delta for a short period of time, it would run 500-600,000 per. Seriously, you don't know real life. There is a reason why Floyd, and other celebs, hire roided meatheads as bodyguards and a guy like Roman Abramovich has a bunch of ex Spetsnaz following him around.

And what "major" corporation makes $4 million a month? That is a small company according to the US Tax code. A major corporation makes billions a year.

Do you use a band saw to slice cheese brain child? Stop. You are so wrong it is ridiculous.

A celebrity only needs a deterrent and/or mob moving ability. The threat level is nowhere near what is needed for for your "Delta, blah, blah..." So it would be ignorant overkill.

Anyway you are pulling numbers out of your butt. $500K? Just stop. They only make that kind of money on BS government contracts that in a sane country would be borderline fraudulent. On top of that the "operative" never sees that kind of money because the contracting company skims like 30-50% of the contracting fee.

Don't tell me about real life until you get one. Keep hating and just buy the fight.

Would love to see Floyd spar with those freaks.

I dont think any of those meat heads would last one round.

    Big muscles but weak bodies.

    There is room for advancement.

Look at Ellerbe, wasn't he Floyd's bodyguard at one time?

Only a half wit like you would think that what I said is "hating." For starters I actually know guys that were in the military and either applied for or went on to take contract jobs because they were being guaranteed $160,000 for six months work. These guys weren't special forces, they were either infantry, armored cav, and one Ranger. Fact is these guys get paid well, and they get paid well to protect the world's most important businessmen and work the world's most high risk jobs. They get paid well to do security consulting for major corporations, foreign governments, and high risk sites. They do not protect celebs because they would not get paid well for it. There is a reason why celebs hire a bunch of bodybuilders or ex-football players to be their security. In fact if you went back earlier in the ******ed topic you'd see that I said celebrities usually hire big guys to act as more of a deterent then actual protection.

By the way, go back in this topic and try to find a single post where I criticize Floyd? You won't, because unlike you I am not so blinded by having Floyd's nuts in my face that I cannot rationally discuss a topic unrelated to boxing.
