Martinez was just wrong for Pavlik. Beats any version of Pavlik IMO.

Any fighter with decent lateral movement can beat him. He is very slow and static while getting in punching stance.

Oh yeah i know thats the same Pavlik that blasted Taylor and Hopkins. But if Boo doesnt think it was i was just saying that Martinez still beats the best Pavlik.

all you have to do is ask the guys the Pav plays darts with to get the scoop. Last time i talk to them was 1 week before the Hopkins fight. THEY said bet on hopkins. why? cause Kelly was fallin down drunk 2 nights ago. WTF. He lost. This time i got a text after the fight that said, We told him to get off the ski slopes and get out of the bars. He has got to live the boxing lifestyle to win. You cant be fightin with a hangover and expect to win. Unless Pav gets off the sauce he will never be a top fighter again. Hey Pav if you need a sponser, U can ask some of the posters on here, but if you keep drinkin, then i personally will never watch another fight of yours again.

Wow. Boo comes on, makes an honest assessment, admits that in his opinion the better man that night won, and still the haters try and kick him when he is down. You asswipes would never come on admit when you're wrong. In fact, you would probably make an alt.

Good analysis Boo. Pavlik was drained, but more importantly, his heart just doesn't seem to be in it anymore. I've never seen Pavlik so reluctant to let his hands go. I assumed BHop was an exception because he was bigger and the shots were affecting KP. Pavlik doesn't have the greatest defense so maybe he got old fast from being in some good brawls. Who knows for sure but Kelly himself. I hope he contemplates retirement. This is a sport where you can get seriously hurt if you aren't completely focused and dedicated. He gave us some memorable fights. The ******* with Miranda, the Zertuche KO, getting off the canvas to take the MW championship from Taylor.

Good win for Martinez and I wish him good luck in defending the belt.
