So he's kinda right in Paulies own ******ed way.

 

He can tell that to Cotto and Hatton.

 

He's gotten beat up by both Ricky and Cotto and compares himself to Floyd as if he's some sort of defensive whiz. Pfft.

His light punching ass will never be the man, its not all about speed and power BUT those are very important attributes, him not knowing how to punch and being completely feather fisted is a serious limitation and actually shows some lack of skill and talent IMO.

 

Every feather fisted fighter has to brag about defense and ring smarts. It's the ONLY way they can win.

 

Speed and power are a part of the package we call talent.

In Paulie's case, I recall Buddy McGirt possibly saving his ass from a bigger beating against Hatton. Khan will change that in a near future ! :hey

Paulie and Floyd should never be compared in any department.

Anyways, every boxing match for Paulie needs to be a chess match cause he stings like a butterfly

whoever has two of the three will win a fight 90 percent of the time. Ive used this simple equation when betting on fights. and lets just say- i m well up. think back to most fights- and you ll see- that if you have two of the 3 - the fighter will win. with regards to Paulie and Khan- its hard cos im not sure who has greater skill.

 

His is beyond featherfisted,he's horriable,i can see my 6 year old daughter walkin him down.

To be honest with you guys I understand what paulies talking about. Look at bhop. Decent speed. C level power. But finds ways to nullify opponants advantages. But paulie and Floyd? Nah. Paulie is like that one nerd from high school who fights back and is suprisingly slippery and quick. He won't beat you but he will make you look bad. Any way Kahn is a wreck waiting to happen but paulie has no pop. Run ! Paulie run!
