if he had a little more guts and fighting spirit he would of schooled Froch 12-0.. bottomline is that he didn't , he fought like a ***** that night, and it would of been a shame if someone won a world title fighting like that.

Furthermore, the Froch/Dirrell fight was for the WBC title. Froch was the champion, Dirrell the challenger. I'm not sure how many people understand this about official judging, but although it is subjective many judges will not give the challenger rounds if he is not "trying to take the title". There were plenty of rounds where Dirrell was simply moving away. In the eyes of these judges, you cannot expect to come into a title fight by dancing around and potshotting. You have to take the belt! Argue if you will, but this is how many judges feel and is evident in certain title fights.

    "Data Boxing Stats: Blows- Froch 153/475 32%, Dirrell 105/315 33%; Controls- Froch 123( 25 attacks), Dirrell 126( 29 clinches, 17 circles)"

    -taken straight from BoxRec.com

If these stats are correct, which I'd believe they'd be. It appears that both fighters had a low punch connection. As well as other statistical information about the bout.

    you people are wrong!

    Dirrell landed more shots
    froch landed less
    so dirrell wins that category

dirrell ran around the ring like a *****
froch ran aroudn the ring like a clumbsy ox who knows nothing about cutting off the ring
    tied that category

    dirrell buzzed froch
    froch never buzzed dirrell
    dirrell wins that category

    dirrell hugged a lot
froch through dirrell all over the ring like a rag doll
equal.... but if we had an un biased audience froch would have had numerous fouls

I don't care how you look at this fight.... there are no means by which you can legitimately claim a true froch victory aside from home town bias

I think the fact that your arguement contains the phrase "dirrell ran around the ring like a *****" tells its own story . You dont win a world title running around the ring like a *****

Errr yes he has. Fought like a gutless coward against Froch when a win was there for the taking and no amount of shameless whingeing on your part is going to change that.:D

oh so you don't win it by running around the ring liek a *****
but you do win it by moping around the ring like an uncoordinated bafood?

as bad as dirrell was with the running
froch was just as bad with his lack of skills as far as cutting off the ring goes & just plain & simple lack of athletic ability...

it was just as bad on both ends... at the end of the day you must measure by who inflicts more damage and/or who lands more punches

dirrell happened to do more of both

Who gives a **** if someone's undefeated (except for Floyd)? I'd rather they fought the best, win or lose.
