If Alex does give Manny PEDS why would he then not give them to Khan if the stuff works and can not be detected?

I don't know why you'd even think that.

First of all, you'd have to assume that Ariza is telling the truth. Second, you'd have to assume that they wouldn't change their regime if they knew they were going to be tested. Neither of those are guaranteed.

I'm sure the IOC would be delighted to know that Ariza's word is good enough; it could save them millions on all those pesky tests for Olympic athletes.
