boxers heights are always exaggerated. mike tyson was always 5'11 1/2 on fight night but was 5'10 any other time. i've seen JMM go from 5'7 to 5'5 and then back to 5'7.
Arreola is not 6'4". I think it is a ploy by his team to make him seem like a proper super-heavyweight, rather than make him look like a relatively short HW who is extremely out of shape. I dont' think he's anymore than about 6'1½.
Yep, men always want to be taller, just like the guy yesterday at Pearson Airport who stuffed his shoes with battery shells to make himself taller. Poor soul.....anyways, its not a crime to over blow your height by a couple of inches, but it should be a catiounary note for those trying to predict the outcome of a fight based upon published height and reach measurements....they shouldnt even be called measurements..they should be approximations.

Adamek appears to be taller than Arreola but here it looks like Vitali is only a few inches taller than Chris. I don't get it. This content is protected
Ok the vid is helpful actually. Arreola looks to be a hair taller. Why are we even obsessing about this. ITS IRRELEVANT for this fight. BTW. to me Arreola appears to be in the best shape since Witherspoon. Good on him to drop some pounds finally, but I'll still need to see him at weigh in to see how far down he went. Also, one thing people may pay close attention to is how quickly he lost the weight. At the first press conference, not even two months ago, he was still a porker. Funny, in the previous press conference Adamek looked an inch and a half shorter then Arreola, which is exactly what it was expected. Adamek's 6'2 to Arreola's 6'3.5. Now they show up in the exact same height, I think the promoters have something to do with this. Something extra was in Adamek's shoes.
Nah, Adamek is too proud to agree to such ****ery. It might as well be the sole of their shoes. Different shoes, different heights. But this just underlines how irrelevant height is in this fight. The reason why so many people are discussing it is because they expected Adamek to be another small, Minto type opponent.
