This really isn't that bad. I mean, beef obviously has a lot of protein in it. The cheese has essential fats and also a bit of protein and there isn't too much bread. I can guarantee you the Arreola would be much better off eating one of these for dinner than he is with any of those heavy fried foods that he talks about craving.
I will say that I find it a tad odd that Arreola's neck area is so thin. Maybe all that work with Victor Conte added some muscle.

Adding muscle is not what is needed though. It's still a negative! and extra bulk that could slow him down. I mean take an already fat Arreola, and add more dense muscle and he will be slower than just a fat Arreola, way too much weight to carry. The guy needed to shift some fat first, then pack on some muscle.

I knew I shouldnt have bought into the hype from Arreolas corner. I was actually confident he would come in at 243 tops. Well so much for that. But honestly speaking I don't think in Arreolas case those 10lbs make of break him. Even at 240 the guy is still grossly overweight. He says he has had a tough camp, and somebody once posted some pics of him at some sporting event, and he looked close to like 280 in those pics. So surely he put in a good amount of work. His weight makes me happier, but none-the-less just because he weighed in heavier then some people thought, doesnt mean he will be less dangerous. Adamek UD. Hoping for a late round TKO.
Clearly Arreola's goal should be getting down to 230, but if Conte was giving him some juice and he trained improperly, which looks to be the case, he might had added muscle while still cutting some fat.
