so I'm guessing Arreola will weight about 260 by Saturday.. He claimed being home and having home made meals is just amazing.. I`m guessing he will stuff his face by saturday and gain 10 pounds quickly..

I thought he looked in good shape in recent pictures, then again he had his shirt on hopefully he put on muscle and lost fat. Anyways i still think hes gonna knockout Adamek, although im not as confident as i was before.

...just like many other heavyweights aren't fans of running either. That certainly explains now why so many of them are simply not in top shape. They just don't want to run or do the equivalent otherwise, in regards to stamina & cardio workouts.

I'd be curious to know from CHEF exactly what Wlad does for cardio every week prior to his fights.

Hmmmm judging by that pic I think Arreola has indeed cut some fat off and gained a bit of muscle. Can't say for sure, cant really see his stomach, but can see his traps are more defined, face looks thinner, arms don't have fat hanging off it.

Maybe he's in better shape now in comparsion to previous fights. Let's wait and see how he looks on fight night.

bull**** , im a personal trainer , and it is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time the method is called zig zag dieting , you multiply your lean body mass by 10 , you eat this five days a week then add 500 calories to this on two days a week , by zig zagging your caloric intake you force your body to keep readapting to the calorie diffrence along with a dedicated weight training program of at least 5-6 days a week , you will not gain as much muscle as when you bulk and you will not lose as much fat as when u cut , but it is possible to do , do ur research before you talk ****,

Arreola fights effectively at 250, he's certainly more mobile and throws more punches than the Golota Adamek fought. Write him off at your peril :nono

LOL. But still, he looks a lot slimmed down in those pics despite what the scale says.

Either EVERY single picture is taken at an angle favouring Adamek, or he is actually taller than Arreola. Has there been a single picture where Arreola looks taller?

Fights more effectively at 250 with whom? McCline? Walker? He certainly didn't show **** at this weight versus Vitali. And in terms of skill, Adamek is closer to the latter than the former.

arreola has hired a strength and conditioning coach who no doubt has put this practice to use , thats why hes down weight but not much , muscle weighs more than fat , hes probably gained 5-10 pounds of lean body mass
from his last outing , and lost 15-20 lbs of fat , hes mexican its in our blood to be heavy set , but hes going in the right direction ,still fat but right direction , he beats adamek .
