Well it gets alot stronger...im 15 lbs lighter than I was 3 months ago n im puttin up more weight...my muscle mass has increased while my body fat dropped ....so i think what your saying is only true when talking about losing "excessive weight"...
Everyone talking about how thick Chris is BUT ADAMEK IS SHREDDED AT 217...I THINK HIS BEST WEIGHT IS 217-222..mos def NO LOWER OR HIGHER THAN THOSE! MAYBE AS HE PUTS IN MORE WORK AT HW HE COULD GET HIS FIGHT WEIGHT AROUND 225 BUT HE NEVER BE BIGGER THAN ABOUT 229
I think he looks alright, and I respect him for being open about what he eats/drinks etc. By the looks of the pictures posted I think he's probably put on muscle

Nah he still looks like **** and he's sucking it in. Understand this: Adamek and Arreola are virtually thesame height. One man weights 33lbs more. That's 33 lbs of extra, unnecessary weight that will disadvantage Arreola the longer this fight goes on. In reality, Arreola is not a big heavyweight at all. He's just a fat ass.
